NACCB Executive RoundTable

THE CONCEPT

What makes this a different kind of a forum?
Three key factors make the NACCB Executive RoundTable unique:

  • Industry Specific: Because the NACCB Executive RoundTable is IT services industry-specific, incredible depth is achieved in regard to discussing issues of concern and sharing information.

  • Creative Processes: Highly interactive Creative Problem Solving Processes are used to help attendees generate "ground breaking" ideas for business growth.

  • Benchmarking / Accountability / Best Practices: The NACCB Executive RoundTable Program is for executives who are serious about growth. Through sharing performance benchmark data, exchanging best practices, and group accountability, we help our members achieve their strategic goals.

Who is invited?
Each NACCB Executive RoundTable consists of 12 to 14 non-competing NACCB Member, IT staffing firms. Only Presidents, Owners and CEOs are invited to attend. You will meet with individuals who are truly your peers.

When and where does the NACCB Executive RoundTable meet?
The NACCB Executive RoundTable meets twice a year. The members choose the date and city of each RoundTable session.

How does one join?
Contact the NACCB to inquire about the best group for you. Attend an initial session to meet other members and experience the forum firsthand. You will be under absolutely no obligation to join. However, if you enjoy the NACCB Executive RoundTable and the other members of the group see a good match for us, you will be invited to become a member.

How is the agenda set?
The agenda is developed one month prior to the session by our attendees who are asked to submit topics, issues, or concerns through an Agenda Development Process.

What happens at a typical session?
After introductions, each attendee has the opportunity to sponsor an issue, concern, challenge or obstacle. Our professional facilitator guides everyone through a fast-paced and creative problem-solving process to address your topic. The Roundtable begins at 8:00AM and ends at 4:30PM, breaking for a catered breakfast and lunch.

How are the meetings documented?
Proceedings are typed and displayed by the facilitator during the meeting. The notes are distributed to all attendees after the conference, along with any information shared by participating companies. This allows attendees to focus on solving problems.
